A former communications executive, Lia brings an extensive knowledge of product marketing, brand development and celebrity & corporate sponsorships.

Lia spent summers during her youth at the family’s Tuscan home and has remained close to its community, located in one of the finest wine regions of the world.

She was inspired to create a modern Rosé celebrating their family’s Italian heritage and is the visionary behind this new to market Italian produced boutique wine label. Lia heads-up market strategy and brand positioning.

Todd DeMann

Co-Founder

Todd is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in luxury Real estate development, organic food production and capital raising.

As a fine wine connoisseur, with a passion for traveling the world seeking out the best in the culinary & wine world coupled  with his extensive food knowledge, Todd leads the product development process while curating this limited production Rosé to ensure it meets the highest standards of production.

Claudio Dusi

Head of Wine Sales

Claudio originally hails from Italy and officially began working for the E&J Gallo Winery in 1972. As a member of their sales management development program, he rapidly rose through the rank working in most major markets in the United States and abroad, launching new products, setting up new distributor partnerships, executing market opening and developing sales & marketing such as pricing, Point-of-Sale materials and created key account target lists.

As a veteran senior sales executive in the industry, he was certified by the Wine Institute at their highest level in wine knowledge and earned his liquor certification as a spirit expert and heads-up the Tuscan Kiss sales strategies.

Gualtiero Mancini

Head of Wine Production

Gualtiero acquired the finesse and details of haute cuisine and gastronomy while working with famous chefs such as Nino Bergese at the Savoy in London, Walter Marchesi in Milan, Pierre Troisgros in Lyon Roanne and Luigi Carnacina in Rome. Gualtiero also learned the discipline and importance of team spirit and the precision of the high-end restaurant service industry while acquiring luxury hotel experience working for top properties in London, Paris, Rome, Lausanne, Munich and Tuscany.

Gualtiero has been the estate manager at Villa Nicola for Lee Iacocca’s family since 1984 and now serves as the Head of Operations for Tuscan Kiss.
